Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Groundworker to join our Response team, based in the Exmouth area, carrying out reactive repairs. Putting our customers at the centre of everything we do, you’ll make a meaningful and lasting impact through every repair.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out reactive repairs
External domestic groundworks specializing in Brickwork, including laying flagstones, brickwork pointing, and small concrete areas
Engaging with residents
Applying fault finding skills in domestic settings

Requirements:

Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
Full UK driving licence
Strong customer service skills
Experience in domestic or social housing environments (desirable)
Genuine passion for improving people's homes
