Job Description:

Randstad is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Ground Workers to join our team in Carmarthenshire, supporting the local authority in maintaining public spaces. This is a stable, long-term position working outdoors with full training provided.

Job Responsibility:

Perform a variety of ground work tasks, including litter picking, general site maintenance, and assisting with other landscaping projects
Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Become proficient in using various tools and equipment, including hand tools, mowers, strimmers, and other landscaping tools
Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

A valid UK driving licence
A positive outlook on work and a willingness to learn new skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team

£12.84 per hour
