Groundworker

• Assisting with the excavation and preparation of reinforced concrete pads (transmission tower bases)
• Installing industrial-spec drainage systems and utility ducting in challenging, mountainous terrain
• Trenching and laying services to support the new overhead line infrastructure
• Managing sub-base preparation, kerbing, and the construction of access tracks for heavy plant
• Adhering to strict Tier 1 safety protocols, particularly when working near deep excavations and in high-wind environments

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card preferred)
• Proven experience in heavy civil engineering or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Valid tickets for Forward Tipping Dumper or Ride-on Roller (CPCS/NPORS)
• Ability to commit to the 11-on, 3-off rotation and work effectively in a remote, mountainous environment
• A proactive attitude toward site safety and environmental protection
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
