Job Description

JRL Group's East Midlands offsite manufacturing facilities, conveniently located adjacent to the A1 in Carlton on Trent, between Retford and Newark. Groundworker. Location: Carlton-on-Trent (Conveniently located adjacent to the A1 between Newark and Retford) Position: CIS Contract (Seasonal – running until December 2026) Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Rate: Competitive / Negotiable (Depending on experience) McMullen Facades / JRL Group are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our yard team at our East Midlands offsite manufacturing facility.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid CSCS card
  • Strong background in deep drainage and pipe laying
  • Proven experience with concrete work (pouring, finishing, or shuttering)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit for active yard operations
