Job Description:

Randstad is currently seeking two experienced and reliable Groundworkers for a short-term contract starting Monday 23rd February, 2026. If you're a hardworking professional with the right tickets and a "get stuck in" attitude, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Hand Digging: Precision and manual excavation work
  • Dumper Operating: Confident operation of a Forward Tipping Dumper
  • Vehicle Marshalling: Safely directing site traffic and plant machinery

Requirements:

  • Valid Tickets: NPORS or CPCS (Forward Tipping Dumper & Vehicle Marshalling)
  • Full Personal Protective Equipment
  • Valid documentation to work in the UK
  • Two professional references specialising in finishing/groundworks
