Job Responsibility

Maintains the landscaping of the resort
Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation to include trimming, fertilizing, etc.
Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently
Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris
Empties all trash receptacles
Conducts basic irrigation audits and preforms basic irrigation repairs
Removes snow utilizing shovel or snowblower
Assists with any maintenance task as needed
All other duties as requested

Regularly treats weeds for weed control, weed whip, rake leaves, plant flowers/shrubs, spread mulch/wood chips/stones, trim shrubs and hedges, cut down and remove tree limbs damaged by adverse weather conditions
Performs other lawn care services as needed
If applicable, maintains community pool(s) by testing chemical levels and adjusting appropriately
Follows safety procedures while performing duties
