Job Responsibility

  • Turf Care: Expert operation of Ride-on Mowers and Push Mowers to maintain large and small grass areas
  • Precision Edging: Using Whipper Snippers (line trimmers) and dedicated Edgers to create crisp, professional borders along paths and garden beds
  • Site Presentation: Systematic Litter Removal and debris clearing to ensure the property remains pristine
  • Surface Clearing: Efficient use of a Blower to clear grass clippings, leaves, and dust from hardstands, driveways, and walkways
  • Seasonal Mulching: Transporting and spreading mulch to suppress weeds and improve garden bed health

Requirements

  • Machine Competency: Previous experience operating small equipment-Blowers, Hedgers, whipper snippers
  • Energy and Positive Attitude: This is a high-energy role requiring the ability to be on your feet, lift mulch bags, and operate vibrating machinery for extended periods
  • Attention to Detail: You don't just mow
  • you ensure the edges are straight and the paths are blown clean before you leave
  • Safety Conscious: Demonstrated ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and operate machines safely
