Job Responsibility:
Checking interior and exterior buildings for any structural integrity issues
Checking for Glass breakage
Checking for damage to doors and enclosures
Checking for safety issues in the PPOA common grounds and fence line
Appropriate signage
Repairs as needed
Handle basic preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
Keep the grounds in a clean and attractive manner
Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of the landscaping and grounds daily
Cleans sidewalks and disposes of debris and trash properly
Assist other staff with larger maintenance repairs or projects
Assist the supervisor with administrative tasks such as gathering information for RFP’s from concept to completion
Fill in for the supervisor and direct reports
Responsible for all aspects of Building and Ground Maintenance and upkeep
Requirements:
Knowledge of equipment such as lawnmowers, blowers, and trimmers, and be familiar with a variety of gardening tools to be used for different purposes
reliable and physically fit
Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instruction
Knowledge of general maintenance requirements
Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements
Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements
Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
Certified Pool Operator required, along with a current valid driver’s license
