Grounds Maintenance Operative - Dorchester. Pay: £12.71 per hour. Contract: Fixed-term: April - November. Looking for a good outdoor job where you can stay active, work as part of a team, and earn steady pay? Glendale is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support our teams across Somerset and Dorset during the busy spring and summer season. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working outdoors, want physical work that keeps you fit, or are looking for seasonal employment alongside studies, travel plans, or other commitments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grass cutting
  • Strimming and edging
  • Hedge trimming
  • Weed control
  • General site tidy-up and vegetation management

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence is required
  • No previous grounds maintenance experience is required - training will be provided
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Happy working outdoors in all weather
  • Willing to learn and get stuck in
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely

Nice to have:

Experience in grounds maintenance is desirable
