Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Eastleigh. Working within a team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work. You'll be covering sites across Eastleigh, Hampshire and surrounding areas from our main base and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas to our customers
  • Responsible for the management of the trees
  • Upkeep of external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges
  • May be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work
  • Covering sites across Eastleigh, Hampshire and surrounding areas
  • Flexibility to plan workload within a fortnightly round

Requirements

  • Practical amenity horticultural knowledge & experience
  • A full driver's licence (with towing licence desirable)

Nice to have

  • PA1 and PA6AW qualifications
  • NPTC certification or equivalent
  • Towing licence
