Job Description:

The Grounds Maintenance team is responsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas to our customers covering Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell and Slough. We are looking for a proactive, great team player with a good eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well-driven individual.

Job Responsibility:

  • Upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges
  • Soft landscaping/minor tree work (may be required)

Requirements:

  • Practical amenity horticultural knowledge & experience
  • PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential)
  • NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential)
  • A full driver’s licence (with towing licence desirable)

Nice to have:

  • PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential)
  • NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential)
  • Towing licence
