Grounds Maintenance Operative

The Grounds Maintenance team is responsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas. This covers a large geographical area and includes market rent, shared ownership and independent living communities. We also provide a reactionary service dealing with hazards like dumped items or clearing snow. We manage trees, retaining as many as possible or replanting if removed. We have an opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative covering the South East including Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell and Slough. You will have flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round. We're looking for a proactive, great team player with a good eye for detail. Working within a team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may also undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.
