Looking for a good outdoor seasonal job where you can stay active, work as part of a team, and earn steady pay? Glendale is recruiting Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support our teams across Somerset and Dorset during the busy spring and summer season. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working outdoors, want physical work that keeps you fit, or are looking for seasonal employment alongside studies, travel plans, or other commitments. You’ll be working as part of a grounds maintenance team, carrying out essential outdoor works across utility sites, housing, and green spaces. No two days are the same, and you’ll be based outside.

  • General site tidy-up and vegetation management

Requirements

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Happy working outdoors in all weather
  • Willing to learn and get stuck in

  • No previous grounds maintenance experience is required
  • A full UK driving licence is required
