Using a range of modern tools and equipment, you’ll ensure every lawn is left looking neat, tidy and well cared for.\nYou’ll be responsible for the safe removal and disposal of green waste, helping us keep all sites clean, tidy and environmentally compliant.\nFrom hedge and bush reduction to careful shaping and trimming, you’ll play a key part in keeping our landscapes healthy, attractive and well-maintained all year round.\nUse strimmers and other powered tools to give borders, edges and hard-to-reach spots a crisp, polished finish — ensuring every area looks its best.\nYou’ll carry out effective weed control using approved methods, helping keep estates presentable and supporting long-term landscape health.\nTake ownership of shrub pruning, maintenance and seasonal planting, contributing to colourful, vibrant and welcoming outdoor spaces.\nPlay an important role in maintaining safe and attractive estates through regular litter picking and general site tidying.\nSupport the upkeep of paved and slabbed areas with light repairs, sweeping, weed treatment and general maintenance to ensure they remain safe and well-presented.\n\nWe would be really excited if you have (Desirable):\n\nPA1 & PA6 spraying licence\nBanksman training\nLicence to drive a trailer\n\nManager’s Quote:\n\nYou’ll work as part of a team to deliver grounds maintenance using equipment such as ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, and blowers.
