Requirements

Lantra Certification in Chainsaw Maintenance and Felling (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in one or more of the following: Landscaping, Forestry, Gardening, Arboriculture
Must be based in the UK and already able to legally work in the UK
Willing to undertake a DBS check if successful

Job Responsibility

Participate in daily briefings and scheduled training to ensure safe and sustainable work practices
Promote a positive culture around health, safety, and environmental awareness
Report hazards and safety concerns to the Team Leader or Foreman
Perform a variety of landscaping and ecological tasks, including: Grass cutting and strimming, Tree felling and arborist duties, Hedgerow and ditch clearance, Pond management, Application of pesticides (as trained)
Maintain professional conduct at all times
Ensure machinery and equipment are in good working order
report faults promptly
Conduct daily vehicle checks before starting network activities
Complete and submit task-related documentation accurately
Keep vehicles clean and organized
