Capstone, an Alera Group company, is looking for an Account Manager - Ground Transportation. Job Responsibility

  • Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals, as required
  • Processing of endorsements
  • Issuing certificates, evidences and ID cards
  • Maintain and keep current, all bookkeeping systems, database and records
  • Processing Non-Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues
  • Providing superior customer support – manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution
  • General miscellaneous tasks as required

Requirements

  • Preferred - 1+ years Commercial Lines experience
  • NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
  • Customer service oriented – ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e. word, excel, etc.)
  • Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required
