Ground Ops CLC Manager

• Lead and manage a 24/7 team of load controllers in Casablanca
• Ensure safe and compliant aircraft load planning in line with international regulations
• Deliver operational excellence, improve efficiency, and embed a strong safety culture
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Ramp, Cargo, OCC) to ensure timely and safe aircraft departures
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality service under pressure

• Proven leadership experience in airport or airline operations (preferably load control)
• Strong knowledge of aircraft loading processes, weight & balance, and safety compliance
• Experience managing 24/7 shift teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across operational teams
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and manage priorities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – French is a plus
• Knowledge of load control systems and aviation documentation standards
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel occasionally
• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
