To provide initial ground training, in aeronautical knowledge areas required for the issuance of a type rating or any other training as per the Airbus/Airbus affiliates Flight training manuals. To provide recurrent ground training in aeronautical knowledge areas, as required for recurrent training of pilots and Ground Instructors. To provide ground training for SFI & TRI. To train Ground Instructors to conduct initial, recurrent or transition training in accordance with the FCTP as directed by the CGI/Head of Flight Training. To assist in the development of various training programs. Checks the validation of training manuals and other course materials used in various flight training courses. To communicate issues of concern, or of exceptional achievement, regarding crew member trainees’ performance to the CGI/Head of Flight Training in a timely manner. To carry out any other task as directed by CGI/Head of Flight Training or his designate.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as approved Ground Instructor
Approvals for Technical and Performance on Airbus A320 Family is mandatory and should be current
Shall be an engineering graduate or holding a graduate degree, with Physics and/ or Mathematics from a recognized Board/ University
Or Should have been a qualified pilot/flight navigator/flight engineer/flight dispatcher/ATCO, with minimum two (2) years of work experience in aviation
Or Should have been an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of three (03) years of work experience as an AME
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to independently manage a team and plan/prioritise resources
High integrity and free from prejudices and bias
Strong knowledge base and well versed with regulation and industry best practices
