Job Description

Mineral Resources Limited (MRL) is seeking a motivated and safety-focused team member to join our Wodgina Aerodrome operations as a Ground Handler. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, passengers, and cargo.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with aircraft arrival and departure
  • Load and unload passenger baggage and freight
  • Operate ground service equipment as required (training provided)
  • Aircraft marshalling and ramp safety coordination
  • Maintain aerodrome safety standards and housekeeping requirements
  • Support day-to-day operational efficiency in collaboration with pilots, crew, and terminal staff

Requirements

  • Safety-first attitude with attention to detail
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Previous aviation/ground handling experience advantageous but not required
  • Willingness to undertake mandatory training and comply with MRL procedures, WHS, and CASA guidelines
