Ground Expedite Specialist

• Create bids for expedited ground transportation opportunities and facilitate their progression into bookings
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Leverage a network of vendors to optimize logistics operations nationwide
• Utilize Sylectus and other software tools to manage and coordinate shipments effectively
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and vendors throughout the process
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while working with multiple systems and screens

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in typing and data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Familiarity with logistics software such as Sylectus and Microsoft Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and customers

Knowledge of shipping functions and customs processes is preferred
