Job Description

New World Gardens has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person to join our grocery team as a Grocery Supervisor. Reporting to our Grocery Manager and Assistant Manager you will be an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring there is a full range of products available for our customers, be the primary point of contact within the department, assist with training and development needs within the grocery team. This is a full-time position, specific hours to be discussed at the interview. New World Gardens operates 7 days a week with shift patterns to include one weekend day and early starts. This is a great mentoring role assisting the team to develop their potential and become invaluable members of the grocery team. If you�re a great team player with plenty of energy, enthusiasm and excitement for the food industry, we�d love to hear from you. New World Gardens promotes growth in our staff, you will have the opportunity to build your leadership skills through the Foodstuffs leadership training program.

Job Responsibility

  • Motivating, coaching, and supporting the grocery team, ensuring that best practice policies and operation procedures are followed at all times
