Job Description:

New World Lincoln is looking for a motivated and capable Grocery Supervisor to support the Grocery Manager in the day-to-day operations of our busy Grocery Department. This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive team performance, maintain high merchandising standards, and ensure our customers enjoy a top-quality shopping experience every time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the Grocery Department
  • Working closely alongside the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Maintain high standards in merchandising, presentation, and product availability
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supermarket or FMCG environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Able to work a mixture of shifts including one weekend day
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Forklift licence and First Aid certificate a bonus
