High school diploma/GED required
1+ year of grocery or convenience reset merchandising experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow plan-o-grams accurately
Effective verbal communication skills and professional store presence
Ability to work well in a team environment and interact positively with store personnel
Comfortable using electronic tools to check schedules, clock in/out, and read daily communications
Reliability, professionalism, and adherence to dress code requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift 15-40 lbs safely

Job Responsibility

Read, interpret, and implement plan-o-grams for assigned reset projects
Move, adjust, and relocate products as required for each set
Check product code dates and remove expired or discontinued items
Stock and place new items and fill plus-outs
Verify accurate shelf measurements for height, width, and spacing
Move, remove, or install store fixtures such as racks and shelves
Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and displayed
Perform additional duties as assigned
