You’ll join the Health & Wellness division, one of the fastest-growing parts of the business, and take ownership of driving growth across major accounts, including Top 4 grocery. You’ll balance strategy with execution, leading joint business plans, driving new listings, and delivering strong promotional and distribution performance across multiple brands. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and grow key grocery retail accounts across the Top 4 and wider grocery channel
  • Deliver annual sales, profit, and distribution growth targets
  • Develop and execute customer-specific JBPs, presenting innovation and NPD to buyers
  • Identify white space opportunities and drive new listings across 3 brands
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, NPD, and operations to ensure flawless execution
  • Analyse data and performance to identify insights that deliver real commercial impact
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, collaborating to deliver mutual success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Top 4 Grocery accounts (FMCG essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data-savvy with a track record of using insights to drive growth
  • A proactive, organised operator who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
  • Confident communicator who can influence cross-functionally and with customers

Nice to have:

  • Health, wellness, or functional nutrition experience ideal, but not essential
  • Private label experience a bonus
