New World Ashburton is looking for a Grocery Assistant Manager to help lead our high-performing Dry Goods departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Grocery Manager in running a customer-focused, well-organised, and commercially successful Dry Goods operation
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain excellent merchandising and inventory standards
  • Foster a team culture where everyone matters
