From booking stock to managing deliveries, this role is all about attention to detail and making things happen on time. Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional GRN Admin Assistant to join our busy Warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role where accuracy and efficiency are key. You’ll provide vital administrative support, ensuring smooth processes and timely resolution of queries. Reporting to the Warehouse Management Team, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards and supporting the wider business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Book all stock onto D365 with precision
  • Organise supplier deliveries and maintain Goods In logs
  • Produce daily and weekly management reports
  • Liaise with Buying & Merchandising and Finance teams to resolve queries
  • Monitor and report supplier non-compliance
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and email trails
  • Support with ad-hoc admin and warehouse tasks
  • Uphold health and safety standards, including manual handling protocols

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience with a focus on data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (D365 experience is a bonus!)
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
