Job Responsibility

Operate and maintain the Grinding Plant and associated equipment
Shunt and tip delivered raw materials from bulk trailers, skips, and collection vehicles
Load and unload raw and finished products onto trailers and tankers
Transport finished products to the on-site Meal Store
Operate telehandlers and other plant vehicles as required
Collect product samples for quality analysis
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and comply with all Health & Safety procedures
Communicate effectively with management, production teams, and drivers to ensure smooth operations
Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the management team

Competent in Control-room operation
Safe Isolation's & permitting systems experience

Job Responsibility

Monitor and control areas of the processing plant such as
Crushing circuit, HPGR (high pressure grinding), screening, heavy media separation, milling and gravity, flotation, filtration, reagents, and tailings treatment
Identify and communicate items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
Identifying and providing recommendations on process improvements
