Job Description

The Mallow N20 Plaza is currently seeking a Grill Person to join the Supermac’s team. Full-time and part-time positions available. Job Purpose: Grill Staff take charge of the grill area, where all burgers are cooked and buns are toasted and dressed in keeping with our standards. Other items such as the Wholesome Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the 5 oz burger range, are also cooked by the Grill Staff.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, cook, and present all food items correctly and efficiently to the standards outlined in the Supermac's operation guide
  • Ensure all food products are stored and rotated as per Supermac's standards
  • Ensure that the grill area and back kitchen areas are kept clean at all times (utensils, work surfaces, and floors) whilst carrying out all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Set up and close down the restaurant to the standards agreed by the management team
  • Comply with all reasonable requests from a member of the Management Team
  • Follow all regulations concerning Food Safety and Hygiene
