Calling Strange Fish of Manchester. We’re looking for a Grill Chef like you, a craftsperson at home in the flames, passionate about grilling and presenting the very best kushiyaki sticks. You’ll have busy restaurant and grilling experience, but a calm spirit that tunes in and focusses, rising above the energy of the hot kitchen. Then you’re more than ready for a role at our grill, the place where you can bring your creativity and flair to the Sticks ‘n’ Sushi team.

Job Responsibility:

Creating top-class grilled kushiyaki from meats, fish, and vegetarian combinations
Putting passion and pride into presenting delicious sticks and experiences for guests
Making food memorable to turn guests into regulars and friends
Being part of a family that helps you flourish

Requirements:

Experience in a busy kitchen
Excellent knife and kushiyaki-making skills
Fluent in English
Passion for deepening craft and respecting traditions
Team spirit, kindness, respect
Desire to have fun and work with others
