Job Responsibility

  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Follow recipes meticulously to maintain flavor and presentation consistency
  • Keep cook stations stocked, organized, and clean
  • Remain active throughout your shift, serving up unforgettable meals
  • Assist with deliveries and any other assigned tasks
  • Utilize your ability to cross-train across various restaurant roles for rapid growth
  • Stand and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
  • Physical ability to bend, reach overhead, and operate cooking tools safely
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen or grill station
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple roles within the restaurant
  • Basic food preparation and cooking skills
