Job Description:

CVS Health is hiring for a Grievance Analyst position to support Medicare Part D members. Responsibilities include researching issues, constructing written communications, and managing grievance cases while adhering to strict turnaround times. Candidates should be detail-oriented and have strong research skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Researching, resolving, and communicating issues, questions, or concerns members have about their coverage and benefits provided through Medicare Part D
  • Working cross-functionally with different departments within CVS Health
  • Outreach to members with verbal and/or written responses explaining the resolution of issues
  • Constructing written formal communication to members
  • Multitasking and working with up to 15 various computer applications
  • Documenting issues and resolutions in the database
  • Adhering to strict turnaround times established by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

Requirements:

2 plus years of experience working within a customer service role on several computer applications and complex databases for research, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical related industry
  • Previous Med D grievance experience
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
