Job Responsibility:

  • Performing quality reviews on various grievance processes to ensure all tasks are completed according to regulatory requirements and meet the highest expectations for a positive member experience
  • documenting and submitting quality opportunities to the Grievance supervisor for coaching
  • providing support to various operational teams within the Grievance department, as needed
  • working grievance cases
  • making member outreach
  • reviewing member calls
  • supporting grievance quality

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working within a customer service role on several computer applications and complex databases for research, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • proficient in navigating Microsoft Word and Excel
  • detail-oriented
  • strong research skills
  • receptive to constructive feedback
  • flexible in adapting to change
  • effective in planning, prioritizing, and organizing their time and workload to achieve turnaround time requirements
  • excellent analytical skills
  • ability to multitask

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical related industry
  • Previous Med D grievance experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
