Job Responsibility:

Performing quality reviews on various grievance processes to ensure all tasks are completed according to regulatory requirements and meet the highest expectations for a positive member experience
documenting and submitting quality opportunities to the Grievance supervisor for coaching
providing support to various operational teams within the Grievance department, as needed
working grievance cases
making member outreach
reviewing member calls
supporting grievance quality

Requirements:

2 years of experience working within a customer service role on several computer applications and complex databases for research, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
proficient in navigating Microsoft Word and Excel
detail-oriented
strong research skills
receptive to constructive feedback
flexible in adapting to change
effective in planning, prioritizing, and organizing their time and workload to achieve turnaround time requirements
excellent analytical skills
ability to multitask

Nice to have:

Previous experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical related industry
Previous Med D grievance experience
Bachelor’s Degree
