The right candidate will help ensure guests are received promptly and directed appropriately while maintaining a courteous and well-presented presence.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome clients and visitors as they arrive, offering a friendly and detail-oriented first point of contact
Provide clear directions and guidance so guests can navigate the office or service area efficiently
Answer basic questions and assist with customer needs while maintaining a high standard of service
Coordinate with internal staff to notify them of visitor arrivals and support smooth front-desk flow
Help maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a detail-oriented environment
Address routine concerns with patience and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member when needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or a similar public-facing role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a courteous and attentive demeanor
Ability to remain organized and attentive in a busy environment
Comfortable interacting with a wide range of visitors and responding to questions clearly
Reliable attendance and a consistent commitment to delivering excellent service
Prior experience in a financial services or office setting is a plus
