Greeter

• Warm greet/farewell as guests arrive and depart from the restaurant
• Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurants system
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Communicate accurate wait times to guests and keep them updated
• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquires or reservations
• Maintain an organized and clean host stand and entrance area
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
• Assist in coordinating seating to ensure smooth service flor for servers/sections of the restaurant

Basic computer and reservation system knowledge is a preferred but not required
