Job Responsibility:
Welcome clients and visitors as they arrive and provide a courteous first point of contact
Offer clear direction to guests, answer general questions, and help ensure a smooth on-site experience
Support front-of-house activities by monitoring visitor flow and maintaining an organized reception area
Communicate with internal staff as needed to coordinate guest arrivals and assist with customer service needs
Handle routine inquiries with care and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team member
Maintain a calm, service-focused approach during busy periods while ensuring each guest receives prompt attention
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or a similar public-facing role
Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, approachable demeanor
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients and visitors
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive
