Job Responsibility:
Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
Manage the waitlist effectively
Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
Prepare for leagues and organized events
Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
Promptly notify mechanics of any pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is optional but preferred
Ability to maintain a friendly and inviting demeanor
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven success in school or previous job experience
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Age of at least 18 years or older to comply with state alcohol service laws
