Job Responsibility:

  • Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
  • Manage the waitlist effectively
  • Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
  • Prepare for leagues and organized events
  • Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
  • Promptly notify mechanics of any pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
  • Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
  • Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is optional but preferred
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and inviting demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in school or previous job experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Age of at least 18 years or older to comply with state alcohol service laws
