Job Responsibility

  • Assist garden center staff with retail displays, and special projects
  • Assist staff to ensure high-quality standards as established by Local Ace are maintained
  • Provide customer support
  • Provide a positive representation of Local Ace
  • Proactively assist customers in solving problems
  • Greet customers entering and throughout the greenhouse
  • Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the greenhouse
  • Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor
  • work well with customers as well as associates
  • Possess/learn strong plant knowledge

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • MUST be trustworthy with a willingness to learn
  • MUST be able to type on a computer
  • Day Time Availability is needed most right now
