Job Responsibility

Manage daily operations of both soil-based and hydroponic greenhouses, to include: design, setup, and implementation of the hydroponic growing systems, develop and maintain planting and harvest schedules for year round production, and oversee pest and disease prevention, pruning, and transplanting
Field and garden management to include: vegetable garden, potato field, apple orchard, and berry patch
Supervise greenhouse hands and clients and provide ongoing instruction and mentorship on planting maintenance, and harvesting techniques
Coordinate the harvesting, packaging, and transportation of produce to local markets while maintaining accurate records of harvest quantities and market deliveries
