Job Description:

Support the Greater Asia Performance Management lead and Supply Chain Finance Manager in driving business performance and effective value-based partnering.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Greater Asia Performance Management lead and Supply Chain Finance Manager in driving business performance and effective value-based partnering
  • Accountable for On-time and In-Full Consolidated BU Financial S&OP and forecast process
  • Build, Improve, Update performance reports and presentations for the leadership team
  • Support CFO and Performance management lead in driving insights and actions to deliver target framework (Topline, Bottomline, Cash and Other KPIs)
  • Analyze Supply Chain Cost actuals and forecast
  • Drive monthly SC savings and net productivity governance
  • Support in landing Supply Chain Business Cases
  • Provide Agile Decision Support and Finance Business Partnering in various strategic priorities such as but not limited to: Supply Chain Net Productivity, NRM and Pricing, Savings (BMI and Overheads)

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance
  • In depth knowledge of Management Accounting, Reporting, and Budgeting
  • Experience in one of the business partnering roles: CD, Marketing, SC, etc
  • Commercial support and decision support (including preparing financial models and ROI analysis)
  • Experience in investment evaluation, analysis and tracking KPIs
  • Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action
  • Good understanding on finance process and operations
  • Advanced skills in Excel, and in depth knowledge of SAP and BW
  • Excellent engagement, presentation and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, Category/Brand Finance, CD Finance, SC Finance, or R2R
  • Quick learner, with confidence to work independently
  • Team player with excellent organizational skill
