GRC Finisher (Sand Blasting)

• Carry out sand blasting / shot blasting of GRC products to achieve the required finish
• Ensure all finished surfaces meet the required quality and aesthetic standards
• Inspect products carefully to identify any defects or inconsistencies
• Operate finishing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work closely with production teams to meet project deadlines and production targets
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

• Previous experience in sand blasting, shot blasting, or similar finishing processes
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
• Experience working with GRC or precast concrete products would be advantageous but not essential
