Our Graphic Technician oversees all digital and technical creative aspects of projects including vinyl graphic layouts for assets, design and material specs for props and signage, and generating templates for campaign assets. This role works closely with both the client, 3rd party vendors, and LMG’s internal project team to ensure successful, accurate, and timely execution of activations.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate with Project Producer and clients to lead them through any and all creative technical challenges or opportunities during production
Develop creative proofs for clients and make recommendations within scope
Manage third party vendors and involve clients on any updates as they occur and oversee design specs in real time
Identify potential issues in projects and collaborate with all relevant parties for solutions
Maintain asset templates for quick turn solutions
Review production schedules to ensure timelines to support all project deadlines
Review creative elements for quality control prior to sending out to clients
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
High energy, extremely organized, and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrate strong graphic/typography and design instincts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in working with digital and print media
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project management
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar
