PepsiCo is looking for Global Graphics Commercialization Manager to join in one of our European hubs (Barcelona, Spain). As Global Graphics Commercialization Manager, you will be responsible for developing, leading and executing the Foods/Beverages Graphics Agenda worldwide. You will interact and collaborate with the different areas of the organization, including Design, Marketing, Commercialization, and Procurement, and with external Global Studios and printers, to create best in class packaging. In this role you will support the execution of Brand strategies and Innovation Platforms, from Design and artwork creation to print quality. The role also owns Global Studios management and contract execution for the Pre-Media Category.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the Global Packaging Graphics strategy
Support global cross-functional teams in leveraging latest print technologies in the market, optimizing Total Cost of Ownership, providing enhanced brand continuity, and improved speed-to-market
Develop effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on commitments, costs, timing and performance of suppliers
Support Procurement to achieve Productivity targets, through identifying value engineering initiatives focused on ink reduction, graphic and technology standardization and total cost reduction
Ensure compliance with brand strategy and guidelines with PwP and A2C commitments in accordance with SwissCo tax model
Own Global Print Quality Program
Lead internal trainings for key stakeholders to ensure process adherence across all locations
Facilitate continuous improvement ideation sessions with strategic suppliers across all regions
Own the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for Global Studios, including supplier selection, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting
Own Supplier Relationship Management with Global Studios, building and tracking KPIs that allow key external stakeholders to improve capabilities, processes, and allocate resources
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in running projects independently
High emotional intelligence and verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders
Excellent written English language skills
Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
foreign language skills highly desired
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders, including senior executives
Ability to think creatively, intellectually curious with positive and resilient character
Nice to have:
Graphics, Creative or Design background not essential, but interest in the area a plus
