Job Description:

Graphics Co-worker position at IKEA involves producing, installing, and maintaining graphic communications in line with IKEA's visual brand identity. Responsibilities focus on driving business growth, enhancing profitability, designing store-specific materials, and adhering to sustainability initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability
Produces and installs graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity
Ensures the implementation of graphic communication is cost-efficient, and supports the company’s sustainability initiatives
Collaborates with leadership to design store-specific printed materials
Remains up to date on graphic communication and retail trends

Requirements:

2 years graphic design experience
Proficient in Adobe Create Suite and pre-press production tools
Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or similar preferred
