Job Description:

Join our client’s team as a Graphics & Administrative Coordinator in their Washington, DC office! If you have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of marketing or graphics support experience, we invite you to apply to contribute to this well-known commercial real estate company!

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain brand consistency through marketing materials production and customization for client inquiries
  • Update CRM, databases, and assist with website updates
  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials
  • Coordinate advertising schedules and manage offsite meetings and conferences
  • Handle client lease agreements and create pitch decks and presentations
  • Assist with RFPs, special administrative projects, and graphics updates for client meetings and presentations
  • Other relevant administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing or graphics support experience required
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Proven experience with Adobe InDesign is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Adobe Suite, and internet research skills are required
  • Excellent problem solving, decision-making, organizational, and customer service skills required
