We’re looking for a designer who gets excited about turning ideas into visuals that actually work. At LDWW, you’ll create graphics and digital content for clients who need their brands to stand out and perform. This isn’t about making things pretty for the sake of it; it’s about designing with purpose.
Job Responsibility:
Turn concepts into compelling graphics across social, web, video, print, and everything in between
Work directly with our creative team: designers, project managers, copywriters, video editors, and client leads to bring ideas to life
Source and create assets quickly when inspiration strikes (or when deadlines loom)
Design graphics that don’t just look good, but solve problems and move client goals forward
Bring fresh perspectives to projects and collaborate on ideas that push boundaries
Keep our files organized because nobody wants to hunt for “final_final_v3.ai”
Requirements:
2-3 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that shows range and impact
Strong conceptual and technical skills: you can both dream up ideas and execute them flawlessly
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and growing experience with Figma
Familiarity with Canva and CapCut for mobile and AI-based client integrations
An eye for typography, composition and the tiny details that make designs sing
Someone who takes pride in their craft and isn’t afraid of feedback or fast-paced environments
The ability to communicate your thinking clearly and work collaboratively
Nice to have:
After Effects experience will earn major bonus points
