Job Description:

Graphic Designer position in New Delhi, focused on creating digital and print media assets, enhancing brand guidelines, collaborating across departments, and staying updated on design trends.

Job Responsibility:

Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, and tradeshow displays
Assist with the proofing and re-sizing of design assets, ensuring accuracy in color, composition, and brand consistency
Collaborate with the creative team to create visually compelling assets for various platforms and marketing initiatives
Develop templates for Microsoft platforms (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and maintain design guidelines for internal use
Support the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines and internal platforms to streamline design processes and ensure a consistent brand image
Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of product files and meet final deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms
Conduct research and gather visual references to inform creative direction and concept development for design projects
Contribute creative ideas and input during brainstorming sessions to elevate the quality and impact of design solutions
Continuously explore and implement design trends and best practices to keep visuals fresh and innovative

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong English Proficiency: Must have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Proven experience in graphic and web design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail
Ability to create and adapt templates for Microsoft platforms (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
