Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to own and execute the design of digital marketing campaigns and graphics. As an experienced Graphic Designer, you’ll need up-to-date knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe platforms, and also have the ability to interpret clients’ needs and design solutions with high visual impact. You will work across a diverse portfolio of ecommerce clients, creating email marketing campaigns, Facebook ads, Google Display ads etc, and internal marketing material. You will work closely with the team on strategies to communicate and advise how you visualise the best approach for clients on a creative level to effectively get the clients’ message across. You will have a fair amount of creative freedom, but at times, will need to adhere to strict branding guidelines provided by clients.

Job Responsibility:

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Amend final designs to client’s comments and gain full approval
Work as part of a team with copywriters, strategists as well as brand & marketing managers
Report on key metrics for every campaign with the ability to analyse performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions to clients and the internal team

Requirements:

Min 2+ years of Graphic Design experience
Highly Skilled in Photoshop
Proven graphic design experience & highly proficient in all design aspects
Proven ability to create motion graphics (GIFs etc)
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
A passion for design and growing eCommerce businesses
