Graphic Designer

• Support the design and delivery of the architectural teams' projects, including publication design, visual identity, visual systems, reports, presentations and digital media
• Produce marketing deliverables including reports and presentation materials
• Liaise with business development team for ongoing projects
• Support competition entries with the proposal team
• Manage paragraph and character styles, master pages and sections in large scale InDesign books
• Design and layout collateral for internal communications and business information
• Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex data and concepts
• Develop promotional videos as needed
• Maintain standard systems within the department by saving, storing and archiving data according to established protocols
• Assist the practice in delivering project presentations by providing technical advice and assistance

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to architecture, design, or a related professional services environment
• Excellent communication skills and effective relation building capacity with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent creative skills with a strong eye for editorial layout and visual systems
• Must be detail-oriented and well organized, with the ability to follow established design frameworks and brand standards
• Proven experience developing graphics, illustrations, videos, and other creative materials for web, social, and digital platforms
• Strong project management skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently and prioritizing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Experience with Figma is preferred
