You will bring Juniper's brand to life through high-quality design execution across all channels. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director - Art, your mission is to create visually compelling work that maintains our craft standards, drives commercial outcomes, and elevates the perception of our brand at every touchpoint.
Job Responsibility:
Design Across Multiple Channels: Create high-quality design work for social ads, display, landing pages, email, web, OOH, and any other touchpoints where customers interact with Juniper
Execute Creative Concepts: Work with the Associate Creative Director - Art and Senior Copywriter to bring campaign concepts to life
Maintain High Craft Standards: Ensure everything you create adheres to Juniper's visual identity and craft standards
Design for Performance & Commercial Impact: Work closely with the Performance team to understand what's driving conversions and revenue
Bring Creative Ideas: Don't just execute briefs—bring visual ideas and creative thinking to the table
Adapt for Each Touchpoint: Understand that what works in a Meta ad won't work in an EDM
Move Fast Without Sacrificing Quality: Deliver high volumes of design work across multiple campaigns and channels while maintaining the quality standards
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers to create integrated work
Stay Current & Inspired: Keep up with design trends, platform best practices, and what's working in the market
