As our Graphic Designer you will bring all Kiwicare brands to life and create visually engaging content that cuts through a crowded market while strengthening our presence across ANZ. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you will operate as the sole Graphic Designer, taking full ownership of design delivery across the business. You will manage a wide range of design outputs including packaging, POS, catalogues, digital ads, social content, website assets, trade marketing material and photography. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will help shape each brand’s visual identity and develop clear guidelines that deliver impact across all product and marketing touchpoints.
Job Responsibility:
Take full ownership of packaging design, delivering standout, compliant and consistent packaging across all Kiwicare brands
Design marketing and trade assets, including catalogues, POS, trade show materials, retailer presentations and GTM collateral
Develop digital content, including website assets, EDM templates, newsletters, social media content, online education material and how-to videos
Lead photography and content production, from concept to execution, in-house or with external partners
Provide design support for internal initiatives, including company events, communications and general brand collateral
Manage design workflow and deadlines while collaborating with sales, marketing and agency partners to ensure briefs are met
Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all communications
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design, with a qualification in the field
Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and ideally knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro
Experience designing across packaging, trade, marketing campaigns and digital channels (eDM, website, unboxing)
Proven ability to manage multiple design projects, prioritise tasks and deliver work to brief on time
Adaptable, must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
Hands-on experience in content production including stills, video, photography, editing and basic retouching
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with marketing, sales and agency teams, while being self-motivated and able to work independently
